Member is new to the unit
Expressed concerns over acclimating to the unit
Listen to the new member
Schedule a "get to know you" meeting
Introduce the new member to key personnel
Consider holding a periodic  social gathering that includes significant others
Check in periodically--inquire about the progress they are making settling in
