Consultations with Dr. Chace (Dr. 911) are possible by making a direct request, however, please understand that appointments are limited and highly selective . You can also Ask Dr.911 a question via e-mail. Due to the volume of requests, we cannot make any guarantees.

How can I schedule a consultation or workshop?

Consultations and workshops are available. Please contact us via email or by telephone (213-864-7661). By email please submit your name, telephone number and best time to reach you through our email submissions form. Also include in your subject heading the specific topic you are inquiring about. Do not submit any additional information or attachments at this time until and if you are requested to do so by staff.
